JustTunnel-specific clauses to include
- Acceptable use: tunnels may not be used to host malware, phishing content, or content that violates applicable law. We maintain a subdomain blocklist (e.g. impersonating banks, payment providers) and reserve the right to terminate tunnels and accounts that violate this policy.
- Suspension and termination: we may suspend a tunnel or account with or without notice if abuse is detected, payment fails beyond the grace period, or activity violates these terms.
- Service nature: JustTunnel relays traffic between the public internet and a tunnel client running on your machine. We do not modify, store, or inspect tunneled request bodies; metadata (subdomain, timestamp, source IP) is logged for abuse mitigation and auto-expires after 7 days.
- Plan limits: tunnel counts and rate limits per plan are documented on the pricing page and enforced server-side. Free tunnels close after 2 hours inactivity.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments enter a 5-day grace period before plan downgrade. Refunds at our discretion.
- Liability: service provided “as is” — see Termly template for standard limitation-of-liability boilerplate.
